Waiting on my cellphone...

I thought that it was unsual that I hadn't received my new cellphone yet after my cellphone blunder a few weeks back, let alone hadn't even received an email to confirm my new phone or anything. The customer service agent at Koodo had told me there would be an additional $25 debit added to my Koodo account to pay for the S/H. But when I went on my account yesterday, I noticed that my account had still not been debited.

I decided to call back in just to confirm that I would be receiving a new phone and after a little investigating, it had turned out that the paperwork had not gone through or something on Koodo's end so my new phone had not been sent :( The man was very helpful on the other end though and said he would not only ensure a new phone was sent to me in the next 3-5 days (better than the original 7-10 days it was going to take) but they would pay for the S/H costs and credit my Koodo account $25! My cellphone bill is now cheaper than usual and I get a free phone!

Looking forward to getting the new cell soon :)
