Again, I forgot to post last Friday about my successful Week #9 of bringing my own lunches to work. Last week was an awesome week- again, in part thanks to the McDonalds free coffees which started my morning off right!
It was hard this morning not to be tempted to go over to McD's for the coffee (now that their not free) but instead made my own. I figure all in all over the past 2 weeks while McDonald's offered their free coffee, I probably drank around 23 cups of coffee! About 2 a day- wild eh?! Thank you so very much McDonalds!
I even brought left overs last week which is a first for me, and surprisingly enough, they were delicious! I also have been noticing that since I started going to the gym again last week (I know its only been a week!), but my appetite has been quite a bit less- I don't find myself as hungry as much at all!
Now that I have completed 8 successful weeks out of 9 weeks and only have 3 more left until my goal is reached- I think I may bump up the weekly challenge to 20 weeks to see if I can make it!
