Well, I have used up all of my $150 that I budgeted for the month of March on groceries so if I have to go buy anything more, I will be over budget. I'm really going to try hard this week to just use up whats left in my cupboards/fridge BUT chicken is on sale right now at the grocery store so I may have to head there for a deal.
Based on what I have left in the cupboards/fridge, here is what I will try and make this week for Meals:
Monday- Greek Salad
Tuesday- Sidekicks with broccoli and pork
Wednesday- BLT sandwich and salad
Thursday- Honey Garlic Chicken with sidekicks
Friday- Cooked vegetables with Dijon Mustard Pork

Just noticed your Mealplan Monday again this week.. My 2 cents, but I think you'd save yourself a couple of bucks by passing up the Sidekicks and buying bulk pasta. I buy all my pasta at the Bulk Barn now (and store it in big mason jars - so cute) and it's way cheaper & lasts several week as opposed to $2 per pkg .. if that's what Sidekicks is? Just guessing. It's probably healthier too. I use pasta as noodles for stirfry also, so I don't have to make sauce all the time. Just a suggestion!
Thanks so much for your advice Jenn! I have always wondered what the cost savings are on stuff like pasta at Bulk Barn (I only buy my candy from there! ha-ha)
The only reason why I'm eating so many sidekicks lately is because they were on sale for $0.87 back a few weeks ago at the grocery store.. and now I'm trying to eat them all :S lol
As soon as I finish them, I will be sure to go to Bulk Barn to buy my pasta there so I can save some moula!
